落实 (luòshí)

落实 describes the act of turning plans, policies, or promises into concrete reality, and is one of the most common verbs in Chinese administrative and business language.

Usage Notes

The complement 到位 (dàowèi, "in place") is often appended to stress thorough execution: 落实到位. Contrast with 实施 (shíshī), which also means "to implement" but is more neutral and less tied to following through on a specific prior commitment.
