Usage Notes

管理 is one of the most productive words in formal Chinese. As a verb it takes a direct object: 管理公司 (manage a company), 管理资源 (manage resources). As a noun it combines freely: 管理者 (manager), 管理层 (management tier), 管理学 (management studies).
